Atlanta, Ga. (Sept. 6, 2014) - After playing on the road for the past three weeks, the Atlanta Silverbacks return home this Saturday to face expansion side Indy Eleven at Silverbacks Park (7:30 P.M.). The teams have met twice so far in 2014, drawing once and with Atlanta winning as visitors a month ago. The two sides have combined to score 12 goals in the two matches, including six penalty kicks.
"I'm never taking anything for granted," Silverbacks coach told Jason Smith AtlantaSilverbacksFC.com this week. "I thought we obviously did well when we played in Indianapolis but there's a lot of things about that performance that we can improve on."

Atlanta's Jaime Chavez and Indy Eleven's Kleberson are in a five-way tie for second place on the NASL goal-scoring charts with eight goals each. Each player has scored three goals against the weekend opponent in 2014. Minnesota's Christian Jimenez leads the NASL with 13 goals, while Carolina's Zach Schilawski, Minnesota's Daniel Mendes, and Fort Lauderdale's F. Picault also have eight goals.
