
Preds Sign Miller, Place Charles Lee On Recallable Waivers

ORLANDO, Fla. (APR. 12) - The Orlando Predators re-signed lineman Doug Miller and placed wide receiver Charles Lee on recallable waivers on Thursday afternoon.
Miller, a five-year veteran, played with the Predators from 2002-06. He became a free agent after the 2006 season and eventually resigned with Orlando on March 23. He played in one game (Dallas) and was released on March 27.
Miller is expected to play on Saturday against Tampa Bay.
In addition, the Predators placed wide receiver Charles Lee on recallable waivers. If no team claims Lee or if Orlando does not recall him within 24 hours, he will become a free agent. Lee opened the 2007 season on Orlando's injured reserve list. He played in one game, catching 10 passes for 113 yards and a touchdown.
