Orlando Predators News Release

ORLANDO, Fla. (Feb. 6) -- The Orlando Predators hit the practice field on Tuesday for the start of a three-game mini-camp. Jay Gruden led the team through a two-and-a-half hour practice that was conducted in shorts and helmets.

Gruden is using the three-day mini-camp to install his offenses and defenses. The official opening of training camp in full pads is Friday.

"We got a lot of reps in today, which is what we needed," Gruden said. "We had a ton of mistakes out there, but that was expected. The mistakes made were all correctable. The important thing is that we show improvement tomorrow and then improve on Wednesday's performance on Thursday."
