Poma Power - Danny Poma Continues Hot Streak

Dubois County Bombers outfielder Danny Poma has had a week for the ages. Coming in to the July 4th game, Poma was batting .256 with three RBI's in 22 games. However, that night was the start of something special. Poma went 2-for-3 and also reached on a walk. On July 6th, Danny had four singles in five at bats, and also added a pair of swiped bases. On Thursday evening at DeKalb County, Poma had arguably his best game of the season. He tallied three hits, including a 3-run home run in the fourth inning. The Bombers' center fielder only made one out, and also reached base on two walks. He ended the night with four RBI's.

In just three games, Danny has raised his batting average 63 points, from .256 to .319. In that timetable, he has gone 9-for-12 and reached base a total of 12 out of 15 times. You can see all of Danny's improved statistics in the three game span below:
