Name: Matt Colford
The Details: A Champlin, Minnesota native, Colford is another veteran forward expected to put up big numbers for the Magicians this year. Last season as a North American Hockey League (NAHL) rookie, he scored 18 goals and added 23 assists for a total of 41 points in 57 games. This season, the Magicians will rely on Colford for continued offensive output as well as the leadership expected from an accomplished veteran of the league.
Did You Know: Colford put up an impressive 81 points in his senior season at Breck High School in the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL). He also played in multiple MSHSL State Tournaments, winning the 3rd place trophy as a senior.
