Austin, TX - The Austin Turfcats are inviting all Central Texas football fanatics and their families and friends to their first annual "Select-A-Seat Meet-and-Greet" kickoff party, to be held at the Super 8 Austin University/Downtown, 5526 North IH-35 on Saturday, April 11th from 1:00-4:00 pm. It is located off I-35 South to Exit 238A in the capital city.
The Super 8 Austin University/Downtown is the official hotel of the Austin Turfcats for the 2009 Inaugural Season.
Fans will have the opportunity to meet Turfcats staff and members of the Lady Turfcats Dance Team. The cheerleaders and staff will be available for autographs and photos throughout the event. Fans will also be able to see the arena seating chart first hand to choose the location of their season, group or individual game tickets for the upcoming 2009 Southern Indoor Football League season. The staff and dancers will be on hand to assist you in finding that perfect seat.
Attending this event will ensure that all fans can choose the best seats available. There are tickets to meet every budget, as prices begin at only $99 for the entire season for a family four pack.
"I can't wait for the season to start," said Chris Duliban, Turfcats Head Coach. "I know our fans can't either, so we are opening up the event for the fans to test drive their seats. We had originally scheduled the event for the arena but there were scheduling conflicts. This event gives season ticket holders and fans the chance to get the best seats available."
Duliban also commented on the outlook for the upcoming Turfcats season. "Fans who enjoy indoor football are going to be thrilled with the SIFL game and the product that we'll be putting out on the field," he said. "It's just an outstanding and affordable family entertainment option here in Central Texas."
