Phoenix Rising FC Overnight Summer Camps Hosted at NAU

May 27, 2020 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Phoenix Rising FC News Release

We are excited to announce a relationship with Northern Arizona University to host the 2020 Phoenix Rising FC "Train Like A Pro" Overnight Camps. Northern Arizona University is a two-hour drive from Phoenix, and in July the temperatures historically see lows in the 50's and highs in the 80's.

The spectacular campus will host overnight campers in McConnell Hall which is adjacent to the dining hall. The soccer fields are a five-minute walk from the dining hall. These two, lighted turf fields will provide the perfect environment for players to develop and enjoy the game of soccer.

The camps feature five days and four nights of technical and tactical soccer training and coaching. Phoenix Rising's comprehensive program includes 12 field sessions to guarantee every player will leave as a more educated and developed soccer player.

Overnight and commuter options are available for boys and girls ages eight through 14. Teams may register together, and we can accommodate those players to be trained as a unit in their groups.

McConnell Hall features two guests per room with a sink, refrigerator and a communal bathroom. Four floors allow us to separate genders per floor and provide 24-hour supervision for the players.

The dining hall offers all you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with numerous food options. For every meal period we offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options and are happy to work with you on other dietary restrictions.

This incredible experience is open to all players from all soccer clubs. We do encourage you to register today as we expect to fill to capacity.
