
Philadelphia Wings Host Fan Appreciation Events

The Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) will host events this weekend to celebrate their loyal, loud and proud fans. The Wings Fan Appreciation Weekend is set to start with a fan fest and open practice at Bryn Athyn College on Friday at 5:30 p.m. and end with the team's final regular season home game at Wells Fargo Center on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
Friday's events at Bryn Athyn College will include a "Wake Up Call" speaker session featuring team Captain Brodie Merrill, a fan fest featuring meet and greets with the entire Wings team, interactive lacrosse activities and an open practice. All events at Bryn Athyn College are free and open to the public.
At Fan Appreciation Night during Saturday's final regular season home game at Wells Fargo Center, all fans will receive a complimentary team poster provided by Utz and will be able to participate in a post-game autograph session with the entire team. Twenty lucky fans will also win a "jersey off the back" of the Wings players following the game.
The Wings conclude the weekend when they host a player clinic at Bryn Athyn on Sunday at 10 a.m. Wings head coach Johnny Mouradian and Captain Merrill will run the clinic, which will be free and open to lacrosse players of all skill levels. Attendees should bring their own equipment to participate in the clinic.
