The return of the Philadelpia Soul shows the continued stability and growth of the Arena Football League. It brings back a premier market and is a step in the right direction for the continued growth and success of the AFL as we move forward in rebuilding the League."

Tampa Bay Storm Head Coach Tim Marcum on the return of the Philadelphia Soul:

"I had a very positive meeting with Ron Jaworski not to long ago here in Tampa. I am excited at the quick progress the Soul were able to make and it is a pleasure to see the Soul return. "

"They have always put a quality team on the field as evidenced by their ArenaBowl Championship in 2008. I would not be surprised to see them put a team on the field next season the competes for a playoff spot."

"The Philadelphia Soul is a class organization, we welcome them back with open arms and look forward to playing them.
