Philadelphia, PA, November 8, 2007 - The defending Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) Champion Philadelphia KiXX announced today that the KiXX have teamed up with PennLive to provide webcasts for 11 KiXX games this season. John Wilsbach will provide the call for each game, 10 of which are in Philadelphia, and one in New Jersey. Games can be accessed by visiting www.pennlive.com/wmss or www.wmssfm.com.
John Wilsbach is an 18 season MISL/NPSL broadcast veteran. Wilsbach spent two years with the Hershey Impact, two with the Harrisburg Heat, and this season will be his fourth with the KiXX. Wilsbach is also the General Manager of WMSS Radio Middletown, traffic announcer for WNNK/WTPA Harrisburg, and sportscaster for PennLive.com. Pre-game shows begin 10-minutes prior to kickoff. The club finishes a three-game road trip to open the season in Monterrey on November 8 before returning home on November 10 to face the Detroit Ignition in a rematch of the 2007 MISL Championship game. All fans in attendance at the Wachovia Spectrum will be treated to a banner raising ceremony after an afternoon block party. Each fan will also receive a complimentary 2007-08 Philadelphia KiXX Magnetic Schedule. Game-time is scheduled for 7:05 pm ET with the doors opening at 6:00 pm ET.
Philadelphia KiXX season tickets, 6-PaXX mini-plans are on sale now by calling the club's ticket office at 1-888-888-KiXX (5499). Season ticket holders will receive replica championship rings, as well as invitations to KiXX events like the Meet the Team Party and Meet the Team Luncheon. Single-game tickets are now available through the KiXX and the Wachovia Center Box Office, as well as online at www.comcasttix.com and at select Acme Market locations in PA and NJ.
