MISL Game of the Week debuts Friday, November 16

Los Angeles, CA - November 8, 2007 - Fox Soccer Channel's coverage of the Major Indoor Soccer League's MISL Game of the Week package begins Friday, November 16 with the three-time league champion Baltimore Blast hosting expansion team La Raza de Monterrey (MX) live at 8:00 p.m. ET.

The 20-game schedule - the most comprehensive national television coverage in the league's seven-year history - features all U.S.-based MISL teams appearing at least four times. Chicago Storm faithful have the opportunity to see their two-time post-season participants six times on Fox Soccer Channel this season, while the defending champion Philadelphia KiXX and the Baltimore Blast each make five appearances. The California Cougars and the expansion New Jersey Ironmen and Orlando Sharks each appear five times as well, while the 2007 championship finalist Detroit Ignition and the Milwaukee Wave make four appearances each. Matches will air on Fridays during the 8-10:00 p.m. ET broadcast window.

Play-by-play responsibilities will be shared by a pair of experienced announcers. Providing the call on 13 broadcasts is Al Palowski, formerly the announcer for Fox Sports World's MISL broadcasts during the 2002/03 season. Currently, Palowski hosts pre- and post-game shows for approximately 140 Cleveland Indians broadcasts per year on SportsTime Ohio, and has served as radio play-by-play announcer for Cleveland State University men's basketball since 2005.

Handling the other seven MISL Game of the Week broadcasts will be Kenn Tomasch, the inaugural television voice of the MISL's Chicago Storm (2004-06) who also spent three seasons in the booth announcing games for Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire. Tomasch has also called games at all levels of the United Soccer Leagues system, and currently announces college soccer for the Big Ten Network.

Michigan-based AeroEFX, LLC will coordinate all production aspects MISL Game of the Week package, with Mike Saint Amand serving as lead producer.
