Philadelphia Freedoms Announces 2002 Schedule

Philadelphia, PA. (April 17, 2002) The Philadelphia Freedoms announced their 2002 schedule today. The Freedoms will play seven home and seven away matches at Cabrini College in Radnor, Pa., between July 8-26. Home matches will begin at 7p.m. EST.

The Philadelphia Freedoms team is comprised of Corina Morariu, Jessica Steck, Jonathan Stark, Todd Reid, Alexandra Stevenson and Mark Philippoussis. Stevenson will play the first week of the season and Philipoussis will play the last week of the season.

Marquee player visits include U.S. Davis Cup member, James Blake, Amanda Coetzer, the Jensen Brothers and tennis legend John McEnroe.
