The Topeka Roadrunners Organization would like to thank everyone for the tremendous outpouring of support as we mourn together the loss of Peter Halash. Through this tragedy, we have witnessed some incredible acts of compassion, kindness, and love. These speak to the heart of this community and our RoadRunner family, and why Peter was such a perfect fit here. Thank you for giving his teammates the space that they needed to grieve privately.
A condolence book will be kept at The RoadRunner office until Monday, January 20th, should anyone wish to come in and write a note to the family. Additionally, we are collecting condolence cards at the office to be sent to the family along with the signed book.
The Peter Halash Memorial Fund has been established at Vision Bank, for those of you who would like to make a contribution.
We will have a memorial before our next home game, January 25th. Details will be published closer to that time.
