Parsippany PAL to host ABA Newark Express open tryout

Newark, NJ - The ABA Newark Express Professional Basketball Team will hold its second open tryout for the 2006-2007 season at the Parsippany Troy-Hills PAL. "We're proud to add another community-based partner to the Newark Express family," stated co-owner Marsha Blount.

The Parsippany PAL offers "All Sorts of Sports," KidSafe, Karate, Fall Football, Cheerleading, Yoga-Pilates for adults, Kids Wrestling, Computer classes and Adults & Kids Basketball Clinics. For those interested, they also offer Ping Pong Thursdays and Basketball Open Gym, most afternoons and weekends.

Co-owner and GM Jacqui Halyard noted that "this looks to be one of the most talented and highly anticipated tryouts to date. We're asking all those players who've ever thought that they have the talent to take their game to another level to come out and bring your A game. The competition will be fierce and the workout will test all of your athletic and mental ability."

On July 29th, at the Parsippany PAL located at 33 Baldwin Road, Parsippany NJ hopefuls will be given an opportunity to play in the "fastest growing professional sports league in the world."
