The Winston-Salem Parrots head on the road this week for three games beginning Thursday night in Knoxville.The Parrots play twice in Knoxville (Thursday & Friday) in what will be a battle for second place in the Atlantic Coast Hockey League. The Parrots begin play this week in third place with 31 points in the standings, four points behind the second place Knoxville Ice Bears. Last week, the Parrots defeated Knoxville 3-2 in overtime on Tuesday night to extend their winning streak to eight games. Unfortunately, the winning streak came to an end with losses to Macon on Friday night (4-3)and in Fayetteville on Saturday night; a 1-0 shootout thriller!
