
Panther City Lacrosse Club's Jason Knox Wins Rookie of the Week

FORT WORTH, TX - Panther City Lacrosse Club forward Jason Knox has been named the NLL Rookie of the Week, the league announced today.
Against the New York Riptide in Week 7, Knox tied for the team lead in points (5), while leading the club with four goals and adding one assist in Panther City's 14-12 win. Knox, the fifth overall selection in the 2022 NLL Entry Draft, has appeared in four games this season and recorded 12 points (6G/6A), of which his points and goals are the fourth most amongst rookies and his six assists are tied for fourth amongst rookies.
Under the direction of General Manager Bob Hamley and Head Coach Tracey Kelusky, Panther City has had five different players win the NLL Rookie of the Week honors for a total of 11 times over the course of the club's first three years. (Jonathan Donville 5x, Patrick Dodds: 3x, Dean Fairall, Mathieu Gautier & Jason Knox).
