Panther City Lacrosse Club to Host Holiday Heroes Game

FORT WORTH, TEXAS - The Panther City Lacrosse Club will take the field this Friday at Dickies Arena against the Colorado Mammoth at 7:30 p.m. and celebrate the evening as the team's 'Holiday Heroes Game'. Throughout the game, the team will be celebrating real-life superheroes, such as military members, healthcare workers, first responders, teachers and other essential workers through various public address announcements, videos and live recognitions.

The military members presenting the Nation's colors prior to the performance of the National Anthem will be members of the Task Force Covax - Joint Task Force Texas Soldiers, who were deployed throughout the state to help with the administering of Covid vaccinations to Texans. At halftime, an enlistment swear-in will take place where 30 future members of the United States Marine Corps. will recite their oath of enlistment. Panther City has also partnered with the Marines and Toys for Tots to collect new, unwrapped toys at each entrance of the arena.
