Panther City Lacrosse Club News Release
FORT WORTH, TX - Panther City Lacrosse Club has announced that Fort Worth ISD will be their first Community Champion of the 2023-24 season. Fort Worth ISD educators and staff will be recognized at the team's home opener this Sunday, December 10 at Dickies Arena. The season-long Community Champion program, which is sponsored by Frank Kent Cadillac, will highlight one local Fort Worth non-profit at each of the team's nine regular season home games.
"There is so much incredible work being done by local non-profits in Fort Worth and surrounding communities," said Panther City Chief Operating Officer Amber Cox. "The Community Champions program gives us a chance to shine a light on the positive impact that nine of these organizations are making and connect our fans and team to their respective goals and missions."
The Community Champions initiative provides each non-profit with the opportunity to share their mission, impact, and provide engagement opportunities with the team and fans. Benefits of the partnership include a dasher board for the duration of the season, collaborative community programming, in-game recognition, complimentary tickets for volunteers and employees, as well as activation opportunities at home games.
Each Community Champion will be revealed approximately one week ahead of each home game.
