OurSports Central Names UFL Players of the Week

Las Vegas Locomotives running back DeDe Dorsey, Sacramento Mountain Lions safety Andrew Sendejo and Las Vegas kicker Steven Hauschka were named the OurSports Central United Football League Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week, respectively, for week six of the UFL season.

Dorsey carried 20 times for 132 yards, one touchdown and added five receptions for 42 yards in the Locomotives 24-21 overtime victory over the Hartford Colonials. Dorsey played with two NFL teams: the Indianapolis Colts and Cincinnati Bengals from 2006 to 2008. He also spent the 2010 training camp with the Detroit Lions.

Sendejo had 4.5 total tackles, one pass breakup, one interception and two fumble recoveries in the Mountain Lions 21-17 victory over the Florida Tuskers. Sendejo played college football at Rice and in May participated in rookie mini-camp with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Hauschka was 3-3 on extra points, and 1-2 on field goals including a 53-yard game winning effort, in the Locomotives' OT victory over the Colonials. Hauschka played in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens in 2008 and 2009.
