O'Sullivan named OHL Player of the Week

Toronto - The Ontario Hockey League today announced that Mississauga IceDogs centre Patrick O'Sullivan is the OHL Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday October 17 after scoring two goals and nine points in three games.

O'Sullivan, a 19-year-old native of Winston Salem, North Carolina, posted four assists in a 5-3 win over the Toronto St. Michael's Majors on October 14. He added a goal in a 5-2 loss to the Majors on October 15 and finished the week with a goal and three assists in a 6-1 win over the Saginaw Spirit on October 17.

O'Sullivan is tied for third among OHL scoring leaders with six goals and 14 assists for 20 points in eight games this season.
