SATURDAY, MARCH 2, 2019 - RICE-ECCLES STADIUM - SALT LAKE CITY, UT
8 P.M. ET - NFL NETWORK
- Head coach Steve Spurrier and the Orlando Apollos make their furthest road trip of the 2019 season to battle head coach Dennis Erickson and the Salt Lake Stallions of the Western Conference - this is the first time that Spurrier and Erickson have faced off.
- Originally at 4 p.m. ET on B/R Live, Orlando at Salt Lake was flexed into primetime on NFL Network.
- Orlando never trailed in Week 3 as they dispatched the Memphis Express to improve to 3-0 on the season, making the Apollos and the Birmingham Iron the final remaining unbeatens in The Alliance.
- Salt Lake earned their first victory of the season last week by taking down the previously unbeaten Arizona Hotshots at home, 23-15.
- Stallions DE Karter Schult leads The Alliance with four sacks on the year.
- All other Week 4 games also feature cross- conference matchups - early Saturday, it's San Diego vs. Memphis (4pm ET, B/R Live). On Sunday, it's San Antonio vs. Birmingham in the afternoon (4pm ET, CBS Sports Network) followed by Atlanta vs. Arizona (8pm ET, NFL Network) in the night game.
