OTTAWA – As the Canadian Football League season hits its home stretch, only a month remains before Grey Cup 2004 in Ottawa.

The CFL's championship game will be staged at Frank Clair Stadium in the nation's capital on November 21, and as fans get set to converge for all the festivities, the final touches are ready for one of the biggest sporting events ever in the city of Ottawa.

"We've been planning for almost three years now and with the Grey Cup a month away, we are really excited at staging a first class show," said Brad Watters, president of the Ottawa Renegades football club. "We have a five-day festival that has something for everybody and we are looking forward to welcoming the country's football fans to our city."

With more than 45,000 tickets sold, Grey Cup 2004 is on track to be played before a sell-out crowd at Lansdowne Park. Four of the five price points in the expanded stadium are gone and only a limited number of end zone seats are left – which is on par with previous title games that are played before a capacity audience.

"We're on plan and on track to have a sell-out crowd, like all Grey Cup games, and with one month to kickoff, it's something that we are happy about," added Watters.

To purchase tickets to the Grey Cup 2004 game, or the remaining regular season Renegades home game on October 30 vs Hamilton, call Ticketmaster at 613-755-1166.

The 92nd Grey Cup Game will be held on Sunday, November 21 at Frank Clair Stadium in Ottawa. The Renegades are honoured to host Canada's premiere sporting festival and event. As an organization, the Renegades hope to put on a show that will be regarded as one of the best Grey Cup festivals ever. In Ottawa, the Kickin' it in the Capital Grey Cup Festival begins on Wednesday, November 17, featuring celebration events at various locales throughout the city, leading up to the game.
