
Oligny Part of Subway Series Roster

The PEI Rocket is pleased to announce that Jimmy Oligny has been one of eight defensemen named to Team QMJHL for the Subway Super Series. The Subway Super Series is an annual six game series where all-star teams from each of the three Canadian Hockey Leagues play a select group of players from Russia. Team QMJHL and Team Russia square off in Blainville-Boisbriand, on November 5 and 7.
The Halifax Mooseheads, who visit the Charlottetown Civic Centre to play the Rocket tomorrow night, and the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada have the most players named to Team QMJHL with four players each. Brent Andrews, from Hunter River, PEI, is one of the Moosehead players named to the team.
