Oklahoma City announces free agent tryout camp and management team

Oklahoma City, OK. Chianti Roberts, GM/President of Operations of the ABA Oklahoma City professional basketball team today announced that the team would hold a Free Agent Tryout Camp on Sunday, October 31st from 1230-430PM at The Lighthouse Sports, Fitness and Health Complex, 333 West Hefner Road in Oklahoma City. The registration fee is $100 to be paid upon arrival via Cash or Money Order (made out to CMB Marketing, LLC.). The Veteran Camp will begin November 4th at the same location. In addition, Mr. Roberts also announced that Kevin Haynes would handle Marketing/Ticket Sales; TRG Consultants would handle Public Relations/Community Outreach and Debra Roberts would serve as Game Day Coordinator. A Press Conference will be held Wed, Nov 3rd with information to be released shortly.

Chianti Roberts is well known in Oklahoma as he is from there. He attended Oklahoma Christian School in Edmond where he was Player of the Year and then played at Oklahoma State University where he helped lead OSU to the Final Four in 1995 and was labelled as the country's best 6th man. He was the #16 scorer in OSU history and the only player with 1000 points, 500 rebounds, 3009 assists, 100 steals and 40 blocked shots. Chianti has played pro-ball in both the US and internationally and recently started a marketing company in Oklahoma City. His commitment to the community continues to this day.
