
OC and NY Win Last Matches of Regular Season

The Orange County Breakers defeated 2021 World TeamTennis regular season champion Springfield Lasers 23-14 Saturday at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden to close out the regular season. Orange County and Springfield, who both clinched their spots for the WTT Finals Presented by Guaranteed Rate on Thanksgiving, play for the title on Sunday at 3 p.m.
The Breakers claimed four out of five sets to collect a nine-point win over Springfield. Austin Krajicek & Coachella Valley native Desirae Krawczyk, who capped off her third Major mixed doubles title with the US Open championship earlier this year, defeated US Open mixed doubles finalists Marcelo Arevalo & Giuliana Olmos in the final set that allowed Orange County to end the regular season in victory.
