
Northern Ice to Host Kids Day

The Northern Ice will host kids day at Anderson field for their game against the Missouri Prowlers Saturday at 6pm. Any child under the age of 12 will be admitted free and each one will receive a gift.
Half time show will include a mascot Olympics with Chilly The polar bear (the Ice mascot), Old Country Buffet and many other local mascots participating.
This is the second to last home game for the Ice before the play offs.. They will play Indy on Oct 11. Laurie Ansorge is looking to increase her PAT record to 10 for 10.
The Northern Ice Women's football team (7-0) is the only team in the WPFL that is undefeated. The Ice have outscored their opponents 394-29 points. The game will be played regardless of the weather.
