Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - North Texas SC's comeback attempt falls short as the club loses 3-2 to Fort Lauderdale CF on the road.

Game Summary

First Half:

9' - Benjamin Redzic nearly opened the scoring after his attempt was deflected for a corner kick.

28' - Fort Lauderdale's Ricky Lopez-Espin scored the opener with a left-footed shot from outside of the box that found the bottom left corner.

36' - Lopez-Espin scored his second of the night after Eduardo Sosa set him up for a close-range tap-in.

39' - Oscar Romero scored his first goal of the season from the penalty spot to cut the deficit in half.
