Knoxville Noise News Release
Knoxville, TN. "The ABA Knoxville Noise are looking for energetic, exciting and talented female dancers to pump up the home crowds and cheer on the team for its up-coming ABA season," said team president and co-owner Ashley Raiteri. Noise Girls dance tryouts will be held May 19th from 630 to 9pm at the UT HYPER building on the campus of the University of Tennessee. Dance Team captain Tatum Chandler and Director of Operations Sterling Henton will be on hand to judge the dancers and decide who will become the 2006-2007 Noise Girls.
According to the judges, dancers will be graded on energy, poise, team work and the ability to learn dance steps as well as their execution. Registration fees for the tryouts are $25 and can be paid at the door. Dancers can also register at West Town Mall on May 13th from 12pm to 4pm.
Suki Sports CEO and co-owner Gavin Raiteri had this to say, "Dancers will perform at all Noise home games as well as be available for many team functions, events and various public appearances throughout the year. So, for a chance to have some fun, perform in front of large, excited crowds and show your stuff, come on out and tryout for the Noise Girls."
The tryouts are open to the public and additional information about the Knoxville Noise and the Noise Girls can be found by visiting the team's website, www.knoxvillenoise.com or www.abalive.com.
