NLL Announces Change to Western All-Star Team

The National Lacrosse League has announced a change to the Western Division lineup for the 2007 NLL All-Star Game, which will be played at Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon on Saturday at 10pm Eastern/7pm Pacific. Edmonton Rush defender Andrew Turner has opted not to play in the All-Star Game for personal reasons.

Filling in for Turner, Portland LumberJax veteran defender Bruce Alexander will be added to the Western Division reserves and Arizona Sting defenseman Peter Lough will move from the All-Star reserves to a starting position on the Western Division squad.

Bruce Alexander joins LumberJax teammates Pat Jones, Richard Morgan and Ryan Powell on the Western Division All-Star Team.

The 2007 NLL All-Star Game will be played at Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon, the home of the Portland LumberJax, at 10pm Eastern/7pm Pacific on Saturday, March 10th. The game will air on tape delay on Sunday, March 11th at 2:30 pm eastern on VERSUS. Fans can watch the All-Star Game live on NLL.com via b2 Networks.
