Red/White Intersquad Game Set for 7:00pm Monday
Please find attached results from the first three days of the Newfoundland Dream Shot Camp. There has been two (2) 5-on-5 scrimmages, with the both teams winning a game each after the 8-4 victory for Team White over Team Red on Sunday evening.
Tomorrow evening is the Red/White Intersquad Game that starts at 7:00pm at the Mount Pearl Glacier. After this game, the Fog Devils' Coaching Staff with select 10-15 players who will be invited the club's Selection Camp.
The Selection Camp begins on Wednesday, August 17 and runs through September 11th. The highlight of the first portion of camp is the Red/White Intersquad Game that takes place on August 19th at The Glacier. All sessions of the Training Camp are open to the public.
The club plays seven (7) preseason games, including four (4) games in Newfoundland - August 27th and 28th against the Halifax Mooseheads (in St. John's) and September 10th and 11th against the Ottawa 67's (in Corner Brook).
The St. John's Fog Devils are the newest member of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League and are one of 58 member clubs of the Canadian Hockey League. The franchise begins its inaugural season in September and plays its Home Opener, September 23rd against the Lewiston MAINEiacs.
