New York Gives Potentials a Final Shot to Dazzle

(New York City, NY) As the New York Dazzle gears up for their inaugural season, they will hold one final tryout session on Thursday, May 20th, from 6:30-8:30pm. The tryout is to be held at the DAZZLES home field, the Mitchel Athletic Complex Stadium in Uniondale, New York.

Head Coach Greg Murphy will open training camp on May 25th, as the DAZZLES begin their inaugural season in the WPFL. DAZZLES President Neil R. Scheier, M.D. encourages athletic women to "accept the challenge and live the dream!"

Tryouts are non-contact, with an emphasis on tests of speed, agility and athletic prowess. The DAZZLES are a member of the Women's Professional Football League, the longest operating women's professional sports league in the nation; with the WNBA right behind them.

New York will kick off their inaugural season July 31st in a 10 game schedule.
