
New York Dazzles Announce New Job for Head Coach

New York, NY -- Team President Neil R. Scheier, M.D. of the New York Dazzles announced today that Head Coach Greg Murphy is returning for the 2005 campaign -- in a new position. Coach Murphy will be developing the role of Coaching Consultant, combining hands-on teaching with an expanding role as consultant to administration. Noted Dr. Scheier, "Greg Murphy's continued involvement with the DAZZLES solidifies our position as a pre-eminent team in the Women's Professional Football League, and promotes our continued growth as a sports franchise in the Metropolitan New York Region."
The DAZZLES recently completed their first season in the six-year-old WPFL. With growth evident each and every week of this past season, team members look forward to the 2005 season. Open tryouts will be held in late February, location to be announced. Interested candidates are encouraged to email players@nydazzles.com to bring themselves to the attention of DAZZLES staff.
