(Saint John, NB): The National Basketball League of Canada is proud to unveil that Labourer's International Union of North America (LiUNA) Eastern Division has been selected as the Presenting Sponsor for the 2013 All Star Weekend being held in Saint John, New Brunswick April 13-14. In addition we are pleased to release the itinerary for the weekend below.

LiUNA will also be celebrating their 110th anniversary on April 13th in Saint John.
The National Basketball League of Canada has announced its official itinerary for All Star Weekend being held in Saint John, New Brunswick on April 13th and 14th, 2013.
The weekend will kick off with a cocktail mixer from 5-7pm on Friday evening at Vito's Family Restaurant on Hazen Street in Uptown Saint John. This VIP mixer is with the NBLC All Stars and is open to the public.
The Saint John Mill Rats Foundation is pleased to host their "Hoops 4 Kids" Fundraiser (separate from All Star Weekend) at the Water Street Dinner Theatre at 110 Prince William Street from 7-9:30pm that evening. Representatives from All Star Weekend will be on hand to mingle with guests. The three course meal will consist of either lobster or prime rib and the event will be emceed by Will Njoku, former teammate of Steve Nash with the Canadian National Men's Team. Tickets are $75 and also include 2 glasses of complimentary wine, courtesy of Constellation Brands. This event is only open to those who have purchased tickets to the dinner in advance. Saturday's events kick off at Harbour Station with the "All Star Youth Basketball Clinic" from 8:30-10:30am. Kids may be registered to attend online at http://nblallstarclinic13.eventbrite.com. The camp will be conducted by the All Stars from all the NBL Canada teams. Parents are encouraged to register quickly as space is limited to the first 60 kids. Included is an All Star t-shirt and a ticket to Saturday's event. The cost of the clinic is $60 and is open to boys and girls ages 8-14.
The All Star teams will be holding an open practice from 10:30-12:30pm at Harbour Station, so feel free to come to the events early with your All Star ticket to be a part of the entertainment behind the scenes. The Central All Stars will be practicing from 10:30-11:30pm, while the Atlantic All Stars will be practicing from 11:30-12:30pm.
Both the All Star Youth Clinic and All Stars Open Practice session are open and are free to the public to watch.
Come party with the All Stars on Saturday evening for the official All Star Weekend Party at the Delta Brunswick on the Mezzanine level! This event is open to the public but is first come, first serve. This event is not ticketed but a cover charge will apply. Doors open at 8pm and the event winds down at 11pm.
