NBL CANADA ATLANTIC DIVISION PLAYER OF THE WEEK

The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Shaquille Keith of the Windsor Express has been named Central Division Player of the Week for the week ending February 25, 2018.

Keith, a 6'5" forward who played collegiately at Cape Breton University, averaged 19.0 points in four windsor games this week, including three Express victories. His high game included 24 points in a 109-100 Windsor victory over Kitchener-waterloo on February 24; Keith also averaged 6.3 rebounds per game this week.

I've been fortunate to play in this league with a high level of skill around me," said Keith, "and I've taken those skills that I've learned, and applied them to what I can do. Coach Jones always tells us to keep our minds together. We have a thing in our locker room called 'brick by brick,' where we know that to build a house, you build the foundation first. Right now Windsor is building itself to be a second-half team, and I've applied what I've learned to these games and that knowledge has worked in our favour."
