The Hurricanes split a two-game series with the Moncton Magic, with each team winning on their home court. Antoine Mason carried the Hurricanes with 19.5 ppg, with C.J.
Washington adding 18.0 ppg and 8.5 rpg to the score.
Island Storm

The Island Storm has a rough week, all four of their road games were losses. The only bright side on their scoring column was Jonathan Loyd, who put up 29.0 ppg in the four contests. Alex Campbell contributed 19.5 ppg, while Robbie Robinson was the top rebounder with 6.7 rpg.
KW Titans

Although the Titans picked up only one win in three games this week, Kitchener- Waterloo's win did come in front of a season- high 3766 in a "school day" game at the Aud against the Island Storm. KW's pair of "Akeems" did well - Akeem Ellis notched 25.0 ppg, while Akeem Scott scored 20.7 ppg. Ellis and Jonathan Harris both pulled down 9.7 rpg this week.
London Lightning

The London Lightning added another win to their total, with a 131-122 Thursday night win over the Island Storm. Garrett Williamson contributed a double-double of 30 points and 11 assists, while Omar Strong returned from injury to contribute 18 points.
Moncton Magic

Although Moncton split their two games this week against the Halifax Hurricanes, with both teams picking up home-court wins, the 2019 NBL champions are still atop the Atlantic Division. Jeremiah Mordi was the top Magician with 19.0 ppg; he almost averaged a double-double, with 9.0 rpg and 8.0 apg, while Marcus Lewis and Ronald Delph added 13.5 ppg apiece.

Sudbury Five

Two big wins this week keep the Sudbury Five in a dogfight with the Windsor Express for the upper half of the NBL's Central Division standings. Jaylen Bland's 29.5 ppg came from 20 3-pointers this week, while Braylon Rayson was not far behind with 24.5 ppg. Rayson also averaged 8.5 assists.
Windsor Express

Look out for the Windsor Express, as the newly-healthy Chris Jones drilled a 30.0 ppg average in the Rose City's two wins. Shaquille Keith added 17.0 ppg and 9.0 rebounds per game, while Derrick Nix also pulled down 8.0 rpg.

NBL CANADA PLAYER OF THE WEEK
The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Chris Jones of the Windsor Express has been named Player of the Week for the week ending January 19, 2020.
Jones, a 6'0" point guard who played collegiately at Louisville, averaged 30 points and 6 assists in two Windsor victories this week.

NBL CANADA CANADIAN PLAYER OF THE WEEK
The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Shaquille Keith of the Windsor Express has been named Canadian Player of the Week for the week ending January 19, 2020.
Keith, a 6'5" forward who played collegiately at Cape Breton University, put up 17.3 ppg this week in two Express victories, he also led the team in rebounding with a 9.0 rpg average.
