
NBL Canada Post Season Kicks off Today

(TORONTO, ON): The National Basketball League of Canada wrapped up its 3rd season on Friday and begins the post season this afternoon. It all begins at 2PM EST as the #5 Mississauga Power takes on the #4 Ottawa SkyHawks in the play-in game, and the #2 Brampton A's host the #3 London Lightning at the Powerade Centre.

"We saw the NBL Canada grow and improve this past season with the addition of Brampton and Ottawa, and we couldn't be more excited about the playoffs this year," said NBLC Commissioner Paul Riley. "The playoff format is more extended than in previous years and that's for the fans to enjoy. This season the playoffs are wide open as truly any team is capable of winning it all this year."
