VOTES ARE IN: The coaches have completed their ballots and NBDL season awards will be announced next week, beginning Monday (3/28) with the 2004-05 All-NBDL Team. The winner of the Defensive Player of the Year award will follow on Tuesday (3/29), the Rookie of the Year on Wednesday (3/30) and the 2005 MVP on Thursday (3/31). Actual in-market presentations begin Friday, April 1.

NBDL ALUMNI UPDATE...from Friday in the NBA
· Rafer Alston (Mobile) had a double-double with 18 points and 10
assists for Toronto.
· Damone Brown (Huntsville) hit 5-of-8 FGA and scored 11 in 17 minutes
for the Wizards.
· Anthony Johnson (Mobile) scored 12 and had a team-high 6 assists in
24 minutes for the Pacers.
· Eddie Gill (Asheville) came off the Pacers bench to score 8 and grab
3 rebounds.
· Bobby Simmons (Mobile) scored 10, had 8 rebounds and 6 assists in 38
minutes for the Clippers.
· 2003 MVP Devin Brown (Fayetteville) was put on the Spurs IL with a
L4/L5 disc injury.
NEED ONE: A Huntsville victory at Roanoke tonight would nail down the final postseason spot for the Flight. Columbus, Roanoke and Asheville are already in.
NEED ONE AND HELP: Fayetteville needs a victory at Asheville tonight and help from their friends in Roanoke uniforms to keep their slim postseason hopes alive. Even if the Patriots beat Asheville, a Huntsville victory at Roanoke eliminates coach Mike Brown's club.
WELCOME WAGON: Another round of in-market announcements and media availabilities for NBDL expansion cities are scheduled for Tuesday in Tulsa and Wednesday in Albuquerque.
