POSTSEASON FINAL GAME SET: The Huntsville Flight and the Asheville Altitude will meet in the finals of the NBDL Delta Air Lines Postseason Classic Saturday, April 24 at the Asheville Civic Center. Tipoff is 7:15 p.m. ET.

HOW THEY ADVANCED: The Altitude defeated Fayetteville 116-111 in Asheville Saturday night. The Flight won 108-100 at Charleston in the other semi-final game.

THE SEASON SERIES: This will be the 11th meeting of the year between Huntsville and Asheville. The Altitude has won six of the 10.

NEW KIDS: Both Huntsville and Asheville are playing in the NBDL postseason for the first time.

REGULAR SEASON CHAMPS: Asheville put together a 28-18 record to win the NBDL regular season title and will be looking to put both trophies in the case. Huntsville is vying for its first look at NBDL hardware.

BENCH STRENGTH: Brandon Kurtz and Kareem Reid came off the Asheville bench to combine for 44 points in the win over Fayetteville. Kurtz led the Altitude with 24.

LOOK WHO MADE IT BACK: Philadelphia 76ers assistant coach Alex English was in attendance at the Huntsville-Charleston semi-final game. English was the head coach of the Lowgators during the NBDL's inaugural season.

BIG EAST BOYS: Former Big East Conference stars Erick Barkley and Damone Brown showed up huge for the Flight in the win over Charleston. Brown, from Syracuse, scored 34 and Barkley, from St. John's, had 33.

TAKE THAT: Charleston released Damone Brown March 16. Huntsville picked him up six days later.

ROAD WARRIORS vs. HOMESTANDERS: Huntsville probably doesn't mind having to travel to Asheville for Saturday's final. The Flight is 15-9 on the road this season. But guess what? Asheville is the league's best home team at 16-8.

NBDL QUOTE OF THE DAY: "We have won just one game. We didn't start this thing to just win one. There is work left to do against a very talented Asheville team."...Huntsville head coach Ralph Lewis following the Flight's semi-final win at Charleston.

NBDL TRIVIA: What team won the inaugural NBDL Championship in 2002 and who was that team's head coach?

TRIVIA ANSWER: Milton Barnes coached the Greenville Groove to the 2002 NBDL title, defeating the Charleston Lowgators in a best of three series.
