OKLAHOMA CITY REASSIGNS BYRON MULLENS TO NBA D-LEAGUE AFFILIATE TULSA 66ERS
Oklahoma City center Byron Mullens was reassigned to the Tulsa 66ers, the Thunder's NBA Development League affiliate, it was announced today. The assignment marks the 45th time in the 2010-11 season an NBA player has been assigned to an NBA D-League affiliate, and it is the fourth overall assignment for Mullens, a second-year pro out of Ohio State. Mullens (7-0, 275) was previously assigned this season on Dec. 10 and Feb. 3. He has appeared in six games (all starts) this year for Tulsa, averaging 16.7 points, 8.2 rebounds and 1.3 blocks in 31.7 minutes. Mullens has appeared in 25 games for the Thunder in the last two seasons, and he is averaging 1.3 points and 1.6 rebounds in 12 games this year. Mullens was assigned to the 66ers last season, when he averaged 15.1 points and 7.5 rebounds in 27 games, earning All-NBA D-League Honorable Mention honors.

Marvin Phillips' 20 points and 12 rebounds led Fort Wayne past Springfield. Darnell Lazare and Ryan Wittman each added 14 points for the Mad Ants, while JamesOn Curry's 17 points led the Armor.
Ivan Johnson had 27 points, nine rebounds and five assists, leading Erie over Maine. DeShawn Sims and Kenny Hayes each scored 21 points for Maine. Blake Ahearn added 18 points and Nate Linhart had 16 points and 10 rebounds for Erie.
ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENTS: A look at NBA D-League Alumni in last night's NBA games:
13 players with NBA D-League experience competed in three NBA games last night, one as a starter.
Phoenix's Marcin Gortat had 14 points, 18 rebounds, three steals and two blocks in a loss to Denver.
Dallas' Roddy Beaubois had 14 points and six assists in a win over the Knicks.
Denver's Chris Andersen scored 12 points in a win over Phoenix.
