WHO'S HOT? Fort Worth, Fayetteville and Arkansas. The league-leading Flyers have won eight of the last nine games. The Patriots are 4-1 in March, while the RimRockers have won five of their last seven.

WHO'S NOT? Florida and Austin. The Flame has lost seven of its last eight games and the Toros have lost four in a row.

WHO'S...PLAYING...WELL? Fayetteville's Mateen Cleaves is averaging 18.5 points and 5.8 assists over the last four games...Amir Johnson, on assignment to Fayetteville from the Pistons, has converted 23 of his last 35 FGA and 17-of-17 FTA...Austin's Jamar Smith has 27 rebounds in the last two games...Tulsa guard Will Conroy is averaging 10 assists over his last two games.

HOMECOMING: When Austin visits the Crown Coliseum at Fayetteville today it will mark a homecoming of sorts for Austin guard and Denver Nuggets assignee Julius Hodge, who earned 2005 Atlantic Coast Conference player of the year honors just up the road at North Carolina State.

SECOND 10 FOR ANDRE: The Phoenix Suns signed former Florida Flame guard Andre Barrett to a second 10-day contract Saturday. Barrett has averaged 4.5 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists in two appearances since earning his GATORADE Call-Up on March 1. In Phoenix's last game vs. San Antonio on March 9, Barrett posted season highs of nine points, three rebounds and two assists in 19 minutes.

THEY SAID IT: "We really strive to work hard and get into the heads of our opponents." ...Fort Worth coach Sam Vincent after his Flyers outrebounded Tulsa 52-29 and limited the 66ers to just 1-of-15 three-point FGA on Saturday.
