
National Media Conference Call Scheduled Wednesday

There will be a national media conference call held Wednesday, February 17 at noon (CST) at Mike Ditka's Steakhouse in Chicago. Topics to be discussed are the re-branding effort of Arena Football One, plans and schedule for a national TV contract in 2010 and future league expansion.
Scheduled to be available during the call are AF1 commissioner Jerry Kurz, Arizona Rattlers president Danny White, Chicago Rush part-owner Mike Ditka, Cleveland Gladiators part-owner Bernie Kosar, Chicago Rush head coach Mike Hohensee and Tampa Bay Storm president and head coach Tim Marcum.
The Talons will be hosting a luncheon at Michael Fusco's Riverside Grill where media members can listen to the call and ask questions. The luncheon will begin at 11:30am and will conclude at the end of the national conference call. Talons head coach, Mitch Allner will be on hand to answer questions.
Talons season tickets for their 1st season in the top arena football league in the country are on sale starting as low as $105. The Talons open the season at home against perennial AFL powerhouse the Tampa Bay Storm and conclude the 2010 campaign on the road against turnpike rival Oklahoma City on July 31st.
The Talons will once again play all home games at one of the best arenas in the country, the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa. Since the opening in September of 2008, the BOK Center has garnered national and worldwide recognition most recently being ranked 5th in the U.S. and 14th in the world for ticket sales in the 3rd quarter of 2009.
