National Anthem Auditions Set for the Portland Pickles

May 24, 2018 - West Coast League (WCL) - Portland Pickles News Release

PORTLAND, Ore. -The Portland Pickles seeks singers and/or musicians to sing the Star Spangled Banner at the Walker Stadium, Portland for the 2018 season. We invite all ages and styles to submit and accept all forms of performances, from soloists to groups as well as vocal and instrumentalists.

You or your group must sing clearly and in key

No vocal effects may be used

Lyrics must be memorized If your performance is selected, we will communicate with you directly via email or a phone call.

About the Portland Pickles: Founded in 2015,

The Portland Pickles is a collegiate wood-bat baseball team based in Portland, Oregon. They are the newest members of the West Coast League and call Walker Stadium in Portland's Lents Park home. Special discounts to groups and fundraising opportunities for organizations throughout the community are available. New this season is Trail Blazers Night featuring custom Blazers inspired hats voted on by fans, Mexican Heritage Night, and Picklefest on July 14th featuring a baseball game, a beer fest, pickling contest, and live music.
