Nate Grace Returns to Xplorers for 2005 Season

Southaven, MS- The af2 league office has assigned Nate Grace to the Memphis Xplorers. This will be Grace's second year with the team.

In 14 games last season with the Xplorers, Grace compiled four sacks, along with 20 total tackles. His two blocked kicks were tied for the best on the team, and he also contributed two forced fumbles.

"Nate Grace was an integral part of our playoff season, "stated Xplorers Head Coach Danton Barto. "We are confident that he will provide valuable veteran leadership to this team."

Grace put up his best defensive performance last season against the Arkansas Twisters, when he had four tackles, including two sacks. In that game Grace also blocked one of his two kicks on the season.

In the playoff game against Florida last season Grace added a sack, two tackles, and one assisted tackle.
