June 21, 2018 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Nashville SC News Release
NASHVILLE - Nashville SC fans will have a chance to give back to the community at the club's premier game on July 7 at Nissan Stadium through the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle TN. Fans can bring non-perishable food items with them to the game and deposit them just outside of the gates in collection bins to help solve hunger in Nashville.
Collection bins will reside right outside Gates 1, 6, 7 and 8 at Nissan Stadium, the primary entry points for Nashville SC fans, before the game. There will also be a bin at the Nashville SC offices at 650 Rundle Ave. the entire week leading up to July 7.
Second Harvest Food Bank distributed more than 32 million pounds of food to more than 490 Partner Agencies, providing more than 26 million meals of food to hungry children, families and seniors throughout a 46-county service area of Tennessee in 2016-2017. Partner Agencies include food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, senior centers, group homes and youth enrichment programs.
