Nashville Rhythm sign Vanlier

Nashville Rhythm News Release

Nashville, TN. Daniel Bucher, GM of the ABA Nashville Rhythm professional basketball team today announced the signing of 6'5" swingman, Terrance Vanlier, a Nashville native and former Alabama A&M standout for the team beginning play in November. Vanlier averaged over 19ppg in 2000 while collecting All-SWAC honors and finishing second in the conference's player of the year voting. Vanlier is a deadly 3-point shooter who also averaged more than 7 rebounds a game.

According to Bucher, "We think Terrance is the perfect piece to the puzzle. We will be playing a full court game with a lot of pressure defense and free-flowing offense which works well with Terrance's versatility."

Vanlier will join fellow Whites Creek and Alabama A&M alumnus, Desmond Cambridge and Adam Sonn, a former Belmont University standout, as a key contributor to the Rhythm's inaugural season.
