Nashville Rhythm News Release

Nashville, TN. Derek Watkins, owner of the ABA Nashville pro basketball team today announced that they would hold their first tryouts on Saturday, June 11th and Sunday, June 12th at Fisk University in Nashville. According to Watkins, "We might as well get started quickly and see what kind of talent is available. We had a pretty good team last season here and we're hoping to improve next season. There's a lot of talent in the area."

Saturday's session will run from 9am-5pm, Sunday's from 11am-4pm. Watkins added, "We're thinking of having several tryouts camps in the next two to three months as we search for the best available talent. This first camp is very important and we'll be definitely keeping the best for our veteran's camp this fall."
