Prior to the AFL, Vasquez started 25 games over two seasons as a defensive end for Arizona State and was a two-time honorable mention All-Pac-10 selection after recording 78 tackles, 22 tackles for a loss, and 8.5 sacks in his Sun Devil career.

Diaz (6'4, 325, Arizona) enters his rookie season in the AFL after starting 20 games for the University of Arizona at left tackle and right guard from 2008-2009. He was a star at the junior college level for Cerritos College, earning first team all-conference selections in both of his seasons with the Falcons.

Malone (6'0, 200, Toledo) is currently in his third AFL season. He spent the early part of this season with the Philadelphia Soul, where he recorded 35 tackles, six pass breakups, and one interception in seven games. Last season, Malone played for the Utah Blaze and totaled 60.5 tackles, five pass breakups, and two interceptions. He also spent the 2008 season with the AFL's Colorado Crush after playing one season for NFL Europe's Rhein Fire and initially signing as a rookie free agent with the Green Bay Packers of the NFL.

To make room on the roster, Milwaukee has released offensive lineman Jason Onyebuagu and defensive lineman Derek Burton. They have also traded tight end Mike Aguayo to the Dallas Vigilantes as consideration for a prior trade.
