
Multimedios to Broadcast C.F. Monterrey vs. San Luis in Mexico

SAN ANTONIO, TX (June 26, 2012) - The San Antonio Scorpions announce that Multimedios will provide a live broadcast of the C.F. Monterrey Rayados vs. San Luis F.C. match in the Scorpions International Challenge presented by Aeromexico in Monterrey this Saturday, June 30.
It will be the first time that a professional soccer match from San Antonio will be broadcast in Monterrey.
"We're happy to announce the Multimedios is broadcasting the inaugural Scorpions International Challenge in Monterrey," Scorpions President Michael Hitchcock said. "It's a great opportunity for Rayados fans to watch their team play in this preseason match while the Scorpions will have an opportunity to share information about Soccer For A Cause and introduce the Scorpions to thousands of fans in Monterrey."
At halftime of the C.F. Monterrey and San Luis F.C. match, Multimedios will show highlights from the preceding match between the Scorpions and Atlanta Silverbacks and have interviews with Scorpions Owner Gordon Hartman and President Michael Hitchcock.
In the future, Multimedios will be providing the Monterrey community with updates from Scorpions matches and news on the team as part of a partnership with the team.
Multimedios is the strongest television network in northeast Mexico, broadcasting throughout Mexico and in thirty five states in the United States.
The Scorpions International Challenge presented by Aeromexico is a double header that features the Scorpions' match against the Atlanta Silverbacks and an exhibition match between two prominent club teams from Mexico's first division: Reigning CONCACAF Champions League winner C.F. Monterrey Rayados and San Luis F.C. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. at Heroes Stadium.
