
Mountaineers Coach Headed to New Zealand

Seattle Mountaineers Head Coach Don Sims has signed with the Otago Nuggets of the National Basketball League in New Zealand as Head Coach for their 2008 season.
Sims has been Head Coach for the Mountaineers for the past two seasons and has led the team to a 25-19 record. The Otago Nuggets finished last season 2-16. When asked about the daunting task ahead of him Sims replied, "I've worked with teams in this position before; I'm excited with what I've seen, it's time to walk-the-walk, as they say - the only way for us to move is up."
