November 1, 2007 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Fargo-Moorhead Jets News Release
(Fargo, ND) - In a game where nobody seemed to be alert on both sides of the puck for the Jets, it was Robby Moss (St. Louis, MO) of North Iowa who got it done in the crease for the win.
In the first it was all North Iowa as they scored two goals in the first 10 minutes from Travis Peckskamp (Sauk Rapids, MN) and Alex Carlson (Owatonna, MN) making it2-0 early. The Outlaws would use different tactics to disrupt the Jets on the power-play and build a 3-0 lead after one period.
Same old song and dance as North Iowa continued to move the puck on a heartless defense that seems unwilling to fight back. Joe Harcharik (Des Moines, IA) added his second goal on the night cushioning the lead 4-0 and putting the game out of reach ending the second.
The third period was dominated by the Outlaws as another goal was added empty netted by Ross King-Jarvi (Anoka, MN) and Moss carried the torch for his ninth win of the season.
North Iowa is the first team in the Central to reach double digits in the win column at 10-2-1, 19 points and first place. The Jets meanwhile fall to 4-3-1 here at home and 8-7-1, 17 points and second place.
